I assume you don't have Wi-Fi, otherwise your issue could actually be with it. If you get band 41 outside but a different band inside, a MagicBox may solve your issue. I would report your findings via the mysprint app. For band 41 it could be microwave interference or other 2.5 interference (wireless keyboards, land line wireless phones, etc). Is this a constant issue? If you live in an apartment building maybe someone has a cell booster or an illegal cell blocker. Is it true of all rooms in your apartment? Is there anything causing rf reflections? Thinking of large buildings. Is this happening in a building that is higher than surrounding buildings? High rise apartments or houses on a hilltop more likely to have this issue.ĭo you have the same issue outside? How about a block or two away in any direction? Sprint often gives different PCI ranges to different types of equipment, macros, small cells, MagicBoxes, Airaves. Perhaps two sites are assigned the same PCI (hopefully this is fixed in 5g). What is the PCI for the signal you are seeing? 4g only has a limited number of PCI slots.

Taking a different approach and looking at more possibilities and options, what bands are affected by your issue? Band 26 is much tougher to get right near the Canadian border due to bandwidth, signal direction, and power restrictions plus possibile Canadian interference. Agree with u/Logvin T-Mobile RF engineer's comments.
